Is the phrase "leave me alone" considered one of the allusions to divorce if said to the wife without the intention of divorce?

The phrase "حلي عني" (halali anni - leave me alone) can be interpreted in two ways: 1. It could mean "go away from me" or "depart from me": This is a kinayah (allusive or ambiguous expression) of divorce, and divorce occurs if it is coupled with the husband's intention. 2. It could mean "stop bothering me" or "be quiet": This is not among the kinayat (allusive expressions) of divorce, because it does not imply separation, and no divorce occurs through it.

If the husband says it without the intention of divorce, then no divorce occurs by agreement (unanimously among scholars).
