Is specifying the white color for the wedding dress a tradition of Christians and an imitation of men?

Wearing a white dress at weddings is not forbidden due to imitating disbelievers, because it is no longer exclusively their symbol; rather, it has become a custom among Muslims. Furthermore, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, permitted wearing burnouses after their widespread use, and Ibn Hajar mentioned the removal of dislike for something that ceased to be exclusive to disbelievers. As for imitating men, this does not apply to the white dress, because it is specific to women's attire and adornment, and the white color has no exclusivity to one gender.
