Are the Sharia rulings derived from the commands and prohibitions of Allah created or uncreated?

Everything attributed to Almighty God, whether it be a saying or an action—such as His speech, His command, His prohibition, and His judgment—is uncreated. This is in contrast to the actions of His servants, their efforts, their derivations, and their voices when reciting, for these are created. The Qur’an is the uncreated Word of God, whereas the movements of His servants, their voices, and their writing are created. Similarly, the receptacles that contain the Qur’an, such as the mushafs, the ink, and the paper, are created.
