Is the command of Allah created, and is the Spirit with which the angels descend from the command of Allah created, and does what the enquirer believes—that the Word of Allah and the Spirit are from the command, not from creation—contradict the Qur’an and Sunnah?

The word "Kun fayakun" (Be, and it is) is not created; rather, it is from the speech of Allah Almighty, which is uncreated. Muslims have unanimously agreed that the Qur'an is the uncreated speech of Allah Almighty, because it is from Allah's knowledge, and Allah's knowledge cannot be created. This is supported by verses from the Holy Qur'an, such as: "And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah" [At-Tawbah (definition): 6], and "So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in Allah and His words" [Al-A'raf: 158], and "Indeed, I have chosen you above the people with My messages and with My words" [Al-A'raf: 144]. Allah has distinguished between creation and command in His saying: "Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command" [Al-A'raf: 54]. So, the command is His speech, and it is uncreated.
