Is someone rewarded for reading the Qur'an without understanding its meanings, and does reading from a mobile phone differ from reading from the Mus'haf?

A Muslim should ponder the meanings of the Qur’an and inquire about anything that is unclear to him; due to Allah’s saying: "A Book We have sent down to you, full of blessings, that they may ponder over its verses," and His saying: "Do they not then ponder over the Qur’an, or are there locks upon their hearts?" And whoever recites a verse without understanding its meaning is not deprived of the reward for its recitation, due to the generality of the Hadith: "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will have a good deed for it, and a good deed is multiplied tenfold." There is no difference between reading from a Mus'haf or a mobile phone.
