This method is cheating, deception, and unlawfully consuming people's wealth. It is not characteristic of Muslims, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." There is no justification for these young people in their claim that the state is disbelieving, because they entered the country and resided there based on a covenant and assurance of safety, so it is not permissible to break the covenant and assurance. If they were caught committing this crime, it would bring humiliation and disgrace upon Islam and Muslims.
