What happens if a woman calls her husband to bed and he refuses, and does the Hadith apply to him: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels will curse her until morning"?

A man is not permitted to abandon his wife to harm her, except in cases of her rebelliousness (nushuz) and disobedience. If he abstains from cohabiting with her without causing harm, then there is no sin upon him, because that relates to his desire, and he does not control the arousal of desire. However, if he abandons her to harm her, then he is sinful.
