Is the Hajj of a menstruating woman valid if she performs the Sa'y of Hajj and then performs the Tawaf Al-Ifadah after purification? And what must she do to mend her Hajj if it is deficient?

The majority of scholars are of the opinion that the sa'i (ritual circumambulation between Safa and Marwah) cannot precede the tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba). Therefore, the sa'i performed by the woman in question is not valid, and she remains in the state of ihram for Hajj until she performs the sa'i. If she is unable to return to Mecca, she is considered to be in the status of one who is prevented (muhsar), and she can exit the state of ihram by slaughtering a sacrificial animal (hady) in her country, or by appointing someone to slaughter it on her behalf in Mecca. A sheep is sufficient for this purpose. If she is unable to provide a sacrifice, she should fast for ten days. There is also an opinion among some scholars that performing the sa'i before the tawaf is permissible. According to this view, the woman's Hajj is valid. Adopting a less preferred opinion when there is a necessity is something that many scholars have permitted.
