Is it permissible for a husband to keep his wife on the agreement not to have children with her due to racial differences and his desire to have children with another wife of his own nationality?

If the spouses agree and are content with not having children, there is no objection to that, provided that a method that permanently prevents procreation is not used, and that the motive is not fear of poverty, but rather to achieve a legitimate interest. However, their agreement does not prevent the decree of Allah; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no soul destined to come into existence until the Day of Resurrection but that it will come into existence." And his saying: "The Jews lied; if Allah willed to create it, you would not be able to avert it."
