How can I recite the Qur’an when I am physically disabled and cannot find anyone to help me with ablution, and what should I do if I encounter a verse of prostration? Is it permissible for me to pray in any direction if I cannot find assistance and have performed ablution?

If you have memorized the Qur'an or parts of it, or if you can look at the Mus'haf (Qur'an) without touching it, you are permitted to recite, even if you are not in a state of ritual purity (wudu'), as long as you are not in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah). If you pass by an ayah of prostration while you are in a state of purity, it is sunnah for you to prostrate. If you are able to face the Qiblah, then do so; otherwise, face the available direction. Touching the Mus'haf without purity is not permissible according to the majority of scholars. You can recite the surahs you have memorized, such as Surat Al-Ikhlas, which is equivalent to one-third of the Qur'an, and Surat Al-Kafiroon, which is equivalent to one-quarter of it. You can also recite from a television or listen to the Qur'an, and you will be rewarded for that.
