Is it permissible to bury the fetus of a maid who died before birth in a private family graveyard, and does the deceased feel those who are buried with them?

The preparation and burial of the deceased are to be covered by their own wealth. If they have no wealth, then the expense falls upon those who were obligated to support them, such as the father. If not the father, then the mother, if she possesses wealth. If she is unable, then the Muslim community is responsible. Scholars have differed regarding the permissibility of charging a fee for this; some have permitted it, some have prohibited it, and some have deemed it disliked. If it is customary for each family to have a designated cemetery plot, this does not preclude others from being buried with them, whether for a fee or without one. If you are aware of the situation and do not fulfill your obligation, you are sinful. Matters of the Barzakh (interim period between death and resurrection) cannot be measured by the standards of this world.
