What is the reason for the distress felt by the employee despite knowing that provisions are in the hands of God and his supplication for the رفع of injustice?

Injustice causes distress to a person, but a believer who trusts in Allah reckons it and benefits from it through beautiful patience, as Allah the Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah is with the patient," and "But whoever is patient and forgives, indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] determination." Injustice might be a reason for the wronged person to turn back to their Lord and repent, as the verse reminds them: "And whatever calamity strikes you, it is because of what your hands have earned, and He pardons much." To alleviate distress, one should frequently remember Allah and send blessings upon the Prophet, for "Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured," and whoever dedicates all their prayers to the Prophet, Allah will suffice them for what worries them in their worldly life and the hereafter. And one should seek help through patience and prayer.
