Is there a “tabi‘ah” (female companion/follower) similar to a jinx, and did it exist during the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him?

What befalls a person in terms of accidents is an expiation for their sins and a treasure for them on the Day of Resurrection. The claim of being able to remove what is called "at-Tābi'ah" (a type of spiritual affliction) is a lie and charlatanism that should not be believed, for what Allah has decreed for a person will surely befall them, and what He has not decreed will not. Belief in divine decree, both its good and its evil, is obligatory. Calamities are predestined, and most of them are for the benefit of the afflicted. Satan creates the illusion of unseen powers that can be repelled by magic and sorcery.
