How is the inheritance divided for a man who passed away, leaving behind: a wife, 4 daughters, and a full brother, along with cash, land registered in his wife's name, two apartments registered in the name of one of his daughters, shares in the stock market, and shares in a healthcare village?

If the land that the deceased registered in his wife's name was not a complete gift (Hiba) with its full conditions of possession, then it is to be divided among the heirs according to Sharia, along with the rest of the properties (such as apartments, money, and shares). The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant (Surat An-Nisa, verse 12), and the daughters receive two-thirds (Surat An-Nisa, verse 11). The remainder goes to the full brother by way of asabah (residuary heir), in accordance with the Hadith: "Give the Fara'id (prescribed shares) to those who are entitled to them; and whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." The inheritance is divided into 24 shares: 3 for the wife, 16 for the daughters (4 for each), and 5 shares for the full brother.
