God directs the affairs from the heavens to the earth, managing the matters of creatures with precise order and profound wisdom, in accordance with His wisdom and will. Among His direction and care for His creation is the organization of the entire universe, including the heavens and the earth and everything within them, and the management of the affairs of creatures, such as giving life and causing death, sending down provisions, and removing harm from those afflicted. This is indicated by the precise organization and harmony in the parts of the universe, and what it signifies of God’s knowledge, wisdom, power, and mercy towards His creation. All of this rejects the possibility of coincidence, but rather leads to belief in the Oneness of Allah the Almighty.
