Did Abraham (peace be upon him) marry Hagar or Ishmael (peace be upon him), and is there evidence in the Qur’an or Sunnah that other prophets had multiple wives?

The well-known understanding is that Hagar was Ibrahim's concubine and the mother of his son. Some scholars may refer to her as a wife metaphorically, and concubinage was permissible in Ibrahim's law. Polygyny was known in previous divine laws, and Islam affirmed it with a maximum of four wives, subject to the condition of justice. What has been reported about Sulaiman's (peace be upon him) number of wives does not indicate a limitation on the number, and there is no need to preoccupy oneself with such matters, as no religious or worldly consequence arises from them.
