Is it permissible to take a departure allowance for the city of origin (the tribal city) where he owns two houses and visits from time to time, while he is settled near the capital?

The employee must adhere to the terms of the contract, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts." It is not permissible to resort to deception by registering an unreal residence to obtain a transportation allowance. The fact that the village is one's original home or has relatives does not mean one resides there. It is not permissible to register incorrect information unless you inform the employer of the truth and they overlook it; otherwise, the allowance is not permissible for you, because this is deception. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us."
