The remaining portion is for the sons and the daughter, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 264 shares: the wife receives 33, the father receives 44, the daughter receives 17, and each son receives 34. The siblings from the mother's or father's side, and the nephew, do not inherit because they are excluded by the presence of the sons and the father. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts to verify the heirs, wills, debts, and other rights.
