Please calculate the inheritance for the deceased who has: five sons, a father, four brothers from the father's side, two brothers from the mother's side, a son of a brother from the father's side, as well as one daughter, one wife, and one sister from the father's side.
All praise is due to Allah. In the case of the mentioned heirs (wife, father, sons, and daughter), the inheritance is divided as follows: the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a descendant heir, and the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a descendant heir. The remaining portion is for the sons and the daughter, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 264 shares: the wife receives 33, the father receives 44, the daughter receives 17, and each son receives 34. The siblings from the mother's or father's side, and the nephew, do not inherit because they are excluded by the presence of the sons and the father. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the courts to verify the heirs, wills, debts, and other rights.
