How is the inheritance divided among: a father, a wife, five daughters, one brother, and five sisters?

If the deceased leaves behind only a father, a wife, five daughters, a full brother, and three full sisters, then the father receives one-sixth as a fixed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, the wife receives one-eighth as a fixed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the five daughters receive two-thirds as a fixed share. Whatever remains is taken by the father by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), and nothing goes to the sisters or the full brother, as they are completely excluded by the father.

The inheritance is divided into one hundred and twenty shares: the father receives twenty-five shares, the wife fifteen shares, and each daughter sixteen shares.

It is important to note that matters of inheritance are serious and must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
