What is the ruling on saying "By Allah, he doesn't deserve it" when someone dies, and saying "poor thing" when a person is harmed?

It is not permissible to say, "By Allah, he does not deserve it" or "poor thing" when harm or calamity befalls someone, because this is an objection to Allah's decree and wisdom. It implies that what befell the person was undeserved, and it is an impugnment of Allah's wisdom, glory be to Him.
