Should one who made a mistake in the number of rounds (ashwat) during Umrah return to correct them, and should he say: "Labbayka Umrah" or is it sufficient for him to merely wear the Ihram garments?

Whoever performed 'Umrah (definition) but did not complete it and remained in their state of ihram (definition), must return to Makkah to complete their ritual. They are not required to renew the intention for ihram, as they are still in their original state of ihram. If they invalidated their ihram by sexual intercourse, they must complete the 'Umrah and then perform a compensatory 'Umrah from the miqat (definition), along with offering a sacrifice, based on the Almighty's saying: "And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah."
