What are the duties incumbent upon a revocable divorce, is it permissible not to document the divorce legally (according to Islamic law), and is it obligatory to inform the wife's guardian of it?

The rights resulting from divorce are: maintenance (nafaqah) and housing (sukna) for the revocable divorcee (al-mutallaqah al-raj'iyyah), compensatory gift (mut'ah), and the deferred dower (mu'akhkhar as-sadaq) if it is still outstanding, as well as maintenance and housing for the daughter until she marries. The issued divorce is valid even if it is not documented or if the wife's guardian is not informed of it, or if the wife conceals it. There is no sin in not documenting it or not informing others of it, as long as it does not lead to the loss of rights.
