Must fox fur be removed from a coat that also contains waterfowl feathers? Is this coat considered impure? And how is the fur to be disposed of?

The fox is not permissible to eat. However, it is permissible to benefit from the skins of predators after tanning them. This is the view of the majority of jurists. They also held the view that the feathers of birds whose meat is permissible to eat are pure, whether the birds are alive or dead, and whether the feathers were plucked from them or fell off. Accordingly, there is no harm in benefiting from the coat.
