Is expiation obligatory for an oath to refrain from working in a shop, if it was accompanied by a supplication against myself and my children, given that I am in doubt about uttering the supplication, and that I suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder regarding supplicating with evil and doubting its utterance? And is it sufficient to divide the shop and work in a part of it not designated for clothes without expiation?

There is no harm in retracting an oath, and a single expiation is due if the oath was by Allah, even if the swearing was repeated. Swearing against oneself or one's children in an oath does not prevent retracting it, nor will it be answered, and it is considered a laghw al-yamin (idle oath) for which there is no expiation. Regarding the division of the shop and trading in another type of business, the ruling on fulfilling the oath depends on the swearer's intention. If she intended to refrain from partnering with her sister only in the clothing trade, then she does not break her oath by trading in another type of business. However, if she intended to refrain from trading in the shop altogether, then she breaks her oath. If the intention is unclear, the reference point is the reason for the oath. It is advised to disregard waswas (obsessive whisperings) and seek Allah's help.
