Is the husband entitled to annul the marriage contract upon discovering the wife has skin laxity that she did not inform him about before the marriage?

The Sharia (definition) came with justice, sincere advice, and the prohibition of deception. Every defect that repulses a partner and affects the marital relationship must be disclosed. Defects in marriage, such as sagging, are of two types: grave defects that repel the husband, which must be disclosed; and minor defects that do not affect enjoyment, which do not need to be disclosed. Whoever is hesitant should consult someone she trusts.
