Is a husband entitled to annul the marriage contract and reclaim the dowry upon discovering dark spots on his wife's body after marriage, contrary to what he stipulated and expected?

The majority of jurists hold that defects necessitating annulment are those that impede sexual intercourse or contagious and repulsive diseases. What was mentioned about the wife is not a defect that annuls the marriage contract. It is advised to hold onto a righteous wife, maintain good companionship with her, and look at her good qualities, as Allah Almighty says: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good" (Quran 4:19), and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No believing man should hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
