Will I be considered sinful for being unable to condemn harmful sights except with my heart, and what is your advice to me?

May Allah reward you for your anger for the sake of Allah and your disapproval of these evils in your heart, for whoever magnifies the شعائر (sacred rituals and symbols) of Allah, it is a sign of the piety of hearts. You are obligated to enjoin good and forbid evil. Whoever sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is unable, then with his tongue; if he is unable, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith. You are not sinful, but rather rewarded, Allah willing, if you are unable to do more. If you are able to do more, then it is obligatory upon you. We advise you to fear Allah in yourself and your family, and to exert your utmost effort in advising those heedless of worshipping the Lord of the worlds. Begin with your closest relatives, then those next closest, and convey to them the religion of Allah by all available means, showing compassion and offering sincere advice. However, there are specific guidelines for women regarding enjoining good and forbidding evil.
