Is the marriage void if it takes place after a pregnancy resulting from fornication, and what is the ruling on divorce in a state of extreme anger?

There are scholarly disagreements regarding the validity of marrying a pregnant woman conceived through fornication. If your marriage met all the conditions and took place while she was pregnant from fornication, then it is valid according to the Hanafis and Shafi'is. As for divorcing her while you were angry, if your anger reached a point where you were unaware of what you were doing and unable to control your actions, then your divorce is not valid. However, if your anger did not reach this level, then your divorce is valid.
