Does one break an oath by fasting the White Days in Ramadan, knowing that the one who swore did not intend the month of Ramadan at the time of swearing, and is there a difference between swearing by Allah and swearing by divorce in this case?

Previously, the ruling on a swearer's doubt regarding their oath, whether it was by divorce or by Allah Almighty, was clarified, and the preponderant opinion is that only an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) is required if they break it. If an oath by Allah Almighty is repeated to emphasize a single matter, the majority of scholars hold that only one expiation for an oath is required upon breaking it. If the wording of the oath is "{I will not fast tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after}" and you intended specific 'white days' (Ayyam al-Bid) and did not confirm that the oath was about not fasting them in the future, then you do not break your oath if you fast those days in Ramadan or otherwise; because the default is that no oath has been made until proven with certainty.
