Is it permissible to reclaim a debt from a debtor whose entire wealth is unlawful, due to his trading solely in alcohol?

It is permissible for a Muslim to collect his debt from a disbelieving debtor, even if what the disbeliever pays is the price of wine, whether the creditor knows of this or not. This is because wine is considered a valuable asset in the sight of a disbeliever. However, if the debtor is a Muslim, it is not permissible for the Muslim creditor to accept his debt from what is the price of wine if he knows of it, because the sale of wine by a Muslim is invalid.
