In which rak'ah and at what point is the Qunūt recited in the Fajr prayer, according to the opinion that affirms it, and which Imam prefers it?

The Maliki and Shafi'i schools of thought hold that qunut is legislated in the last rak'ah of the Fajr prayer, based on the statement of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) never ceased performing qunut in Fajr until he departed from this world." Its place, according to the Malikis, is before bowing (ruku'), though it is permissible after it, while according to the Shafi'is, it is only after bowing.
