A young man becomes an uncle to his paternal cousin's daughter merely by being breastfed by his paternal grandmother, because "what is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by fosterage." The age difference does not matter. The proof of this is that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not marry Hamza's daughter because she was his foster-niece.
