If the desire to relieve oneself persists even after entering the restroom, there is no harm in performing Salah in that state, knowing that the general rule regarding the Salah of one who is suppressing the call of nature is that it is disliked. However, if there is a fear that the prayer time will expire, then one should pray according to their current condition.
