What is the ruling on the prayer of one from whom urine involuntarily exits after ablution, and must he repeat the ablution and the prayer?

Prayer must not be abandoned or delayed beyond its prescribed time, whatever the circumstances. One must repent and hasten to make up for any prayers missed after reaching puberty. As for feeling events, it has no effect unless confirmed by hearing a sound or smelling a scent.
