Is a divorce issued by the husband with the words "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" valid if the husband claims he was coerced into it and had no intention of divorce?

Since the husband has affirmed that he pronounced the divorce, it becomes binding upon him. A divorce before consummation is considered a minor irrevocable divorce (baynunah sughra). If he wishes to return to you, a new marriage contract must be concluded. Your return to him after the divorce has been pronounced will not benefit him, as it is an irrevocable divorce (talaq ba'in), and thus, reconciliation (raj'ah) is not valid therein. His acceding to his parents' wishes does not prevent the divorce from taking place, unless he was compelled to utter it under lawful and irresistible duress, or unless he had made witnesses before uttering the divorce that he would utter it to repel injustice from himself and did not intend for it to take place. This is what jurists call "al-istir'a'".
