If the husband intends, by repeating the word "divorced," to initiate a divorce with each utterance, then according to the majority of scholars, three divorces are counted, and according to some, one divorce. As for his statement, "If you do not do such-and-such, I will divorce you," this is a promise of divorce and does not constitute a divorce.
