Is what the father did by writing a list of movables with a Quranic verse and entrusting the husband with the trust, instead of specifying the contents of the list, considered a negligence of his daughter's right?

The Shari'ah encourages making dowries easy, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best marriage is the easiest," and "The most blessed of women are those who are the least burdensome." The dowry is a right of the wife, and she may waive whatever she wishes of it. Making it light is not a sign of negligence; rather, the important thing is the righteousness of the husband. One must entrust the matter to Allah and have a good opinion of Him, for He protects and honors His righteous servants.
