What is the ruling on using the term "Cultural Qibla" or "Mecca of Culture" to refer to a cultural organization?

The culture of a people consists of the principles upon which their customs and traditions are based. It is judged by its conformity or opposition to the Sharia (definition), for the Sharia is the standard. The term "cultural Qibla (definition)" means the place to which one turns for the stability of knowledge and understanding. The default rule for terminology is permissibility, unless it involves a Sharia violation. If the cultural organization is founded on conformity with the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition) and advocates for what aligns with the Sharia, there is no harm in calling it by this name, nor "Makkah of Culture" or "Cultural Makkah," while urging avoidance of anything that trivializes these names, which are revered in Islam. Otherwise, it is better to use other permissible names.
