Is a person sinful if they feel negative emotions toward some people, such as hatred or unease upon seeing them or hearing news about them? And is this considered “hatred for the sake of Allah,” or “mobilized souls,” or is it an indication of an unbalanced personality?

If the discomfort with certain individuals is merely an internal feeling that does not lead to words or actions, then there is no blame for it, and one is not held accountable for it Islamically, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah what they whisper to themselves, as long as they do not speak of it or act upon it." This aligns with the Hadith (definition): "Souls are like recruited soldiers; those that recognize each other, harmonize, and those that do not recognize each other, differ." However, one must beware of malice, hatred, and animosity towards Muslims.
