Is the use of the club's beverages by security staff after working hours, out of necessity, considered among the forbidden acts?

An employee is entrusted with their work and the property of the entity they work for. Their use of these properties is determined by the contract or by custom. If employers have stipulated, or if it is customary, for employees to use tea, coffee, and the like, then there is no harm. Otherwise, using them is considered deceit and a betrayal of trust, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "Whoever cheats is not from me," and "Return the trust to the one who entrusted you, and do not betray the one who betrayed you."
