What is the ruling on working in a company owned by Christians, where the workplace contains Christian religious pictures and statues and a copy of the Gospel?

It is not forbidden to work in a company where there are impermissible pictures or crucifixes in its offices. This is because many scholars have permitted entry into churches, which are often not free of crosses and impermissible pictures. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered the Kaaba when there were pictures inside it. Moreover, a Muslim's employment by a non-Muslim in a capacity other than personal service is legally permissible, such as tailoring a garment or similar work, or working for a non-service related fixed term.
