Are there any Sharia restrictions that prevent a man who loves a woman from marrying her and speaking to her in the month of Ramadan?

There is no religious prohibition against marrying in Ramadan, but the fasting person refrains from intercourse from dawn until sunset. If someone wishes to marry in Ramadan, and they are able to control themselves and do not fear falling into what is forbidden, then there is no harm in it. However, if they fear a lack of patience and falling into intercourse that invalidates the fast, then the advice is to postpone the marriage until after Ramadan and to occupy oneself with worship during this blessed month.
