If the one who swore an oath gave ten riyals to the one who did not do what he swore an oath about, must he give another ten riyals if the thing is done in the future, or is the first ten sufficient?

If a person has given ten poor people their due for his oath, he is not obliged to give it out again, because paying the expiation before breaking the oath is permissible according to the majority of scholars, due to the existence of its cause, which is the oath.
