Is it permissible to pay 15 Egyptian Pounds to obtain a lifetime membership and discounts in "My Way" company? What is the ruling on continuing to work with them and selling their products with that membership without recruiting new members? And is it permissible to buy from them for personal use with the membership discount if selling is impermissible?

Paying a subscription fee in exchange for a lifetime discount is an impermissible contract due to the presence of gharar (excessive uncertainty or risk). The subscriber pays money without knowing what they will receive. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has prohibited it, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "He forbade the sale of gharar."

If it is possible to cancel the subscription and retrieve the money, then that must be done. Otherwise, you may benefit from the membership only to the extent of the amount paid, and then it should be abandoned.
