Is there a sin on someone who stoned the Jamarat on the second night at 10:00 PM due to a compelling excuse of having sick people with him?

If someone delayed throwing the pebbles (ramy al-jimār) on the eleventh or twelfth day until night due to a legitimate excuse, and threw them at night, then there is nothing against him. But if someone delayed throwing the pebbles on the twelfth day and threw them at night, he is obligated to spend that night in Mina and throw the pebbles of the thirteenth day after zawāl (midday); this is because he did not depart before sunset. The more cautious approach is to throw them during the day in the future.
