What is the comprehensive understanding of obedience to Allah, Almighty and Exalted?

The concept of comprehensive obedience to Allah is: Adhering to what Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) have commanded, whether it be a command of recommendation or obligation, in belief, speech, action, morals, and dealings, to the best of one's ability. And abstaining from what Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) have forbidden, whether it be a prohibition of unlawfulness or dislike, in belief, speech, action, morals, and dealings. And believing what Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) have informed about, concerning past matters (such as the beginning of creation and the news of nations) and future matters (such as the signs of the Hour and the Resurrection).
