What is the ruling on ignoring or not responding to a message from a person who adjures by Allah Almighty to spread a request for prayers for his recovery from cancer that has spread throughout his body, and he is in the intensive care unit?

Messages containing "I ask you by Allah" should not be sent, as they put the recipient in an awkward position. If you receive such a message, pray for the sender as much as you can, recognizing the greatness of the One by whom you are asked, without burdening yourself with what harms you, as it is not obligatory to answer one who asks by Allah if the answer would cause harm.
