How can a lawyer practice the legal profession in a lawful manner that pleases Allah the Almighty, especially when demanding legal interest, which is considered usury? And is this profession legitimate under man-made laws?

It is forbidden for a female lawyer to file lawsuits that include demands for usurious interest, as this constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression, and disputing in a matter that is religiously invalid, in accordance with His, the Almighty's, saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and His saying: "And do not be an advocate for the treacherous." She can contribute to spreading religious awareness by defending the rights of the oppressed and demonstrating the virtues of Islamic law.
