How do I deal with the purity of my clothes and my prayer when I suffer from temporary urinary incontinence that ends ten minutes after relieving myself?

One who experiences drops of urine should wait until they cease, then purify whatever has stained his clothes, perform istinja' (washing the private parts), and wudu' (ablution) for prayer. He can protect himself by placing a tissue. Maliki jurists are lenient regarding these drops, not obligating their removal if they frequently afflict a person, although they do obligate wudu' from them. The relied-upon opinion, however, is that of the majority of scholars.
