What is the ruling on the ritual purity of one who suffers from continuous urinary incontinence during ablution (wudu), ritual bathing (ghusl), and changing clothes, while ensuring immediate cleaning of it after its discharge?

If the emission of urine takes up all the time, or if it is interrupted erratically, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence). You should perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and then you may pray as much as you wish.

However, if the discharge is merely a few drops that cease, then you are obligated to wait for their cessation, then perform ablution, and then pray.

Regarding what soils clothes with impurity (najasa), you are only required to wash the specific spot that was affected by the impurity. Maliki jurists ease the rulings in this matter.

If urine is discharged during ghusl (ritual bath), ablution is required afterwards. If it soils clothes, the impure spot must be purified. Ablution is required if these drops are discharged, as long as their discharge ceases, unless you are afflicted with incontinence.
